The Parasympathetic Nervous System is the part of your nervous system that allows you to relax and for the body to heal and rebuild. It deepens our breathing and calms the body. It is how we Rest & Digest. Homeostasis.
We feel balance.
And massage on a regular basis helps to decrease stress overall.
It increases circulation, delivering oxygen and nutrients to muscle & connective tissue that is knotted and tense.
